Excellent customer service. Immediate response to my delivery issues. USPS had a delay. Contacted 97. They looked into it right away and helped USPS get the package to me immediately. They even offered to send me a new package if usps did not deliver by a certain time. Great customer service even though the issue was not their fault.

These are very nice grips with a 10/10 feel. I love the reduced taper and the corded upper half. These feel better than the MCC +4 and look more stylish. I am sold on 97!

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your 97 Golf Co. grips. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our policy works:

  • Returns: Items must be unused and in their original condition. Grip packs must be returned in full (for example, a 13-pack must be returned with all 13 unused grips). Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges: If you receive a defective grip, contact us within 30 days. We’ll help you send it back, and once inspected, we’ll ship you a replacement at no cost.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free return shipping to customers. 

  • How to start: Email us at support@97golf.co with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
